Abstract
This study focuses on Non-market strategy in the context of institutional transitions.Based on the buffering strategy and bridging strategy as dependent variable and market resources,non-market resources,institutional resources as independent variable,we try to find the effects of resource on non-market strategy.The research finds that the market resources,and the non-market resources and the institutional resources on the buffering strategy have significantly positive effect;the market resources,and the institutional resources on the bridging strategy have significantly negative effect;and the non-market resources on the bridging strategy has no significant effect.
