Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The stem-tips、stems、roots and leaves of Pseudostellaria heterophyllalocated in medicine base of Shibing county in Guizhou province were used as explants to establish a rapid propag ation technique system of micropropagation. The results showed that the best explants were stem tips and stems. The induction frequency was above 90% for the stem tips and stems cultured on the medium MS+ ZT 2.0mg/L+NAA0.01-0.08mg/L+3% sugar+1.2% agar, the differentiation ability of the shoot tip was higher than that of the stem. The suitable medium for adventitious shoot reproduction was MS+ZT 3.0mg/L+NAA 0.01mg/L+3% sugar+1.2% agar and the proliferation coefficient of adventitious bud reaches 10.The sound seedling medium and the rooting medium of shoots was MS+6-BA 3.0mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L+3% sugar+1.2% agar. The root system differentiation was done also during the subculture, which could save the process of root induction and shorten the process of propagation. For the cultivation of vitro plantlet, the suitable ratio of transplanting medium for quartz sand and soil was 1∶2,the survival rate of transplanting reached 90%.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
