Effects on POD Activity in the Leaves of Between Vernalization-Devernalization
Bibliographic record
Abstract
The thesis selected the wheat seeds of Bainong AK 58,Bainong 207 and Yanshi 4110 as the experimental materials. There were four rows to be measured in the experiment. The number of the seeds in each row was about 100,and they should diped in the 75% alcohol for 15 minutes as artificial disinfection.First, the seeds vernalized in the experimental rows in-4 ℃ respectively in constant temperature cultivation device, the time of which was 7 d、14 d and 21 d.Then seed continued to cultivate in the temperature of 35 ℃ to devernalize, after which they grew until three-leaves phase.Second,POD enzymes was isolated from the leaves, and determined the activities of the enzymes by colorimetric detection.Third,The PAGE adopted to demonstrate the vigor of the enzymes twice. The results depicted that the enzymes, activities for one kind of wheat seeds were stronger than before. What's,smore, the strips of the enzymes in the seeds after vernalization were brighter than before in the gel experiment, which is conformed to the absorption example.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
