Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective:To observe the effect of MingMuWuZi,a Chinese herbal medicine,on the level of nitric oxide (NO) in the rat retina after exposure to light. To study the ability of MingMuWuZi to protect against photic injury to the retina. Methods:Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were exposed to green fluorescent light for 24 hours. MingMuWuZi was given at high and low doses simultaneously with light exposure that lasted for 14 days. The nitric acid reductase method was used to assess the amount of nitric oxide in the retina. Results:The amount of NO in the retina clearly increased after light exposure. There was a significant difference when the amount was compared to that of the control group. Within the experimental groups, the amounts of NO in the high and low dosage groups decreased significantly, and the differences were significant (P0.05~0.01).Conclusion:MingMuWuZi can increase the level of NO,thus inhibiting photic injury to the retina.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
