Abstract
Since the entry of the 21st century,green work is a new booming research field worldwide.Green work refers to non-toxic,safe,clean,healthy and sustainable work.It plays an active role in responding to climate change,environmental protection,unemployment and sustainable development.Green work emphasizes greening between environment and economy as well as between environment and human beings.This includes four closely linked elements,namely awareness,technology,policy and market.The practice of Green work in Canada,the United States,Germany and Bangladesh built the bottom-up meta mode,top-down distributed mode and non-governmental organization-led bottom-up mode.It significantly addressed social problems such as unemployment.Promoting the development of Green work through protection of policy,human resources and technological support is important for sustainable development of the society.
