Modern enterprises need informationization.It's a fewer risk and shorter period solution to fully utilize existing re- sources of enterprises' information systems,to perfect the business processes and set up normal and high-efficient systems.We should use the latest and mature software engineering technology,to ensure the efficiency and quality.By applying UML into the electronic settlement system,and through static and dynamic system analysis and multi-angle description of system,develop- ment process can he quicken and existing resources of information system can the integrated conveniently.
