Abstract
Shoots cluster were induced by shoot-tips of Rhododendron hybridum under Read culture medium.Test-tube plantlets grown for 5 weeks were transferred for 1/2Read with 0.2% activated charcoal,supplemented with different concentration with IBA、NAA、IAA.Under 16 photoperiod,3000lx light intensity and temperature at(25±1)℃,plants flowered successfully.It has very meanings in terms of discussing flower buds differentiation law and plant genetics and breeding.At the same time,it supplies the data for merchantman to develop the test-tube flower in market.
