Objective To analyse a quarter of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient service of prescription, make the doctor can in accordance with the prescriptions to manage the way (hereinafter referred to as themeasuresprescribing the correct, the more safe, effective and reasonable, economical use of drugs. Methods Choosed from 2010 in June to 2010 in September from 2738 units, random outpatient prescription spot actual situation.The proposal 1000 were analyzed.Results 248 copies, unqualified prescription not percent of pass was 24.8%. Conclusion At the doctor to method know enough, there exist certain degree of not rational drug use phenomenon, clinical physicians, pharmacists, and traditional Chinese medicine prescription should be paid attention to the use of clinical application, ensure safe and effective.
