Discussion of the Juvenile Skaters' Training Speciality of Short Track Speed Skating

Abstract
At the present time,Chinese short track speed skating has been in the world level,but it should notice the difference from the advanced countries such as Korea and Canada.For China to keep the world level and remain invincible in international competitions,the key should be to start the juvenile training.Aiming at the juvenile speciality of physiological function,the article suggests that the juvenile skaters' special training should relate to the physical quality,technical and tactical ability.In the training of juvenile skaters,the coaches should notice several problems: improve their teaching quality through a wide learning,pay attention to the training effect through the well basic training,deal with the sensitive development periods of various athletic qualities by holding the speciality of juvenile physiological growth,in order to foster more reserves of short track speed skating with outstanding talents.
