Abstract
Objective To take the RP-HPLC determination of Cimicifuga glycosides cohosh herbs accuracy of H-1 and clinical significance.Methods RPHPLC determination cohosh herbs cohosh glycosides content of H-1 column: HE XP ODS-Acolumn(4.6mm × 250.0mm,5.0μm);mobile phase: acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid(35:65:0.4);Flow rate: 1.0mL/min;column temperature: 26℃;wavelength: 203nm.Results Cimicifuga herbs Cimicifuga glycosides H-1 linear Recalling equation Y = 781023X-16783.3,r = 0.9999,peak area values showed a good linear relationship the 0.99-28.6μg/mL range;Canadian The recovery rate was 99.6%,RSD = 1.5%.Conclusion Take the RP-HPLC determination cohosh herbs Cimicifuga glycosides content of H-1 has a higher effect of the application,the operation is relatively simple,and accuracy is an important method of quality control cohosh herbs.
