Abstract
Researched on the growth character of D 2 generation mutant which transformed foreign DNA by seed-immersion method,tested its disease-resistance after inoculating the Red Star Disease and analyzed its zymogram of isoenzyme,the result showed that:the phenotypes of D 2 generation such as height,type,leave area,growth period and disease-resistance,zymogram of isoenzyme etc,were effectively transferred into D 2 generatio and transform rate was 12 50%.The diseaes-resistance strains having the good characters-C 10,B 6 and the good strains having donor's height,type,disease-resistance,zymogram of isoenzyme-A 9,D 3 were collected.
