Abstract
Making reference to the power industry reform experience of advanced countries like UK, US, Canada, Japan in respect of ownership, competition, and the author sorts out the basic mode of the reform, i.e. multi-ownership + free competition + refrained regulation, with the aim to clarify the reform route of our country.
