Abstract
Due to the unique properties and excellent surface activity,both the critical cellular concn.(cmc) and the surface tension possible to lower to by the Gemini surfactants are hundreds times lower than those by the traditional ones.They are not only used at remarkably lower concns.,but also have the performances the traditional surfactants can not have.Honored as the surfactants of the new generation,they become the hot spot of the researches and development and are expecting the large-scale production.
