Abstract
In the context of rapid development of cultural industries,cultural industrial quarter craze is now emerging with the intervening of local government and developers in cities of China. This phenomenon is concerned with the appraisal of Cultural Industries Base,Cultural Industries Fair,development of new cultural industrial quarters,Loft craze and cultural industries villages craze. In regards to Cultural Industrial Quarter Craze,the developing direction of cultural industries should be changed,and local governments should reach more academic viewpoints and pay more attention to evaluation,approval and supervision of cultural industrial quarters.
