Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective:To evaluate the effect of α-lipoic acid(ALA) on diabetes peripherial neuropathy(DPN) using the Toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS). Methods:47 DPN patients diagnosed by the nerve electrophysiological examination were checked by the TCSS.The 47 patients were treated with ALA 600 mg daily int r avenously for 14 days, then measured the TCSS score again.Observed and evaluate d the changes of the TCSS score before and after the treatment. Results:47 case s completed the study, while the TCSS score was significantly decreased than tho se before therapy(t=17.069,P0.01).The total gratification rate of the patien ts was 85.71%(42 cases).Among the 47 patients,29 patients who received ALA t r eatment felt pain when using the drug, and 4 of them felt the pain abated when s lowing the velocity of the infusion, while the rest remained unchanged. No other adverse effects were found. Conclusion:ALA can improve the sensitive symptoms of DPN effectively and is safe for most of those patients.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
