Abstract
With the development of the technology of Internet,the application of computer network has become more and more common in every area.Meanwhile there are lots kinds of MIS(management information system) based on the WEB,which are called WebMIS.There is some information in the WebMIS about the data and lots of information about the graphics as well.This paper gives a method on dynamically statistical chart using GDI+.
