The microbial enzyme preparation possessed obvious removal efficiency to chlorpyrifos residue in the postharvest cabbage,Brassica oleracea.The appropriate processing time was 30 min for the degradation of chlorpyrifos by the enzyme preparation.The chlorpyrifos residue in the cabbage could be removed more than 75% under the conditions of the treatment concentration for 400~960 mg/L and the enzyme preparation dilution of 100 times.The enzyme preparation could fast degrade wide pesticide residual concentration with convenient usage,it has so strong practical applicability with further deserving development.
