Abstract
This article mainly studied on primary culture of Rhododendron decorum with shoot tips,stems,seeds as testing materials.The results showed that: As explants,the stem segment was better than shoot tip,1 /4 MS was suitable for culturing explants.1 /4 MS + ZT 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.01 mg/L was the basic culture medium for induction shoots,shoots induction rate was 92% or more.The suitable medium for seed germination was 1 /4 MS + ZT 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.01 mg/L,and the germination rate could reach 100%.
