Abstract
China and Canada have established Minority university students Financial Aid policy on the basis of their own economic background since 1950s,and the two countries respectively developed the subsidy policy system of Scholarships and Grants developing simultaneously and Loan and Grants packaging in accordance with the changing and developing reality.This has played a significant role in alleviating social contradictions,and promoting equal opportunities in education and the development of the two minorities.Scholarships and Grants developing simultaneously is Minority Student Financial Aid policy in line with China national conditions,but China should also actively learn from the Canadian legal system and the package management model,and actively explore and strengthen the application of loan-funded projects.
