Abstract
Using baicalin and Bupleurum seeds dealted with different concentration of CaCl2 and MgCl2 as materials to study the influence of the two chemical reagents on seeds germination.The results showed that: the two chemical reagents all significantly influenced seeds germination percentage,germination energy,germination index,root length and bud length.When chemicat reagents concentration below 80 mg/L,seed germination were boosted,but when chemicat reagents concentration higher than 160 mg/L,seed germination were inhibited.In all,treating with 80 mg/L MgCl2 was the best treatment for Baicalin and Bupleurum seeds germination.
