Abstract
An amendment released by the Health Canada Tobacco Products Control Act proposes to ban the sale of small little cigars and flavored tobacco,that is,all flavored tobacco products.However,the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation contends that the bill,if passed,would essentially ban all burley exports from the U.S.to Canada.Then the sales of American blend cigarettes might be banned in Canada.
