Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective This study was about to find the correlation of microembolus monitoring, arterystenosis by transcranial Doppler(TCD) and cognitive impairment by Montreal cognitive assessmert(MOCA) rating scale. Methods Retrospective summary of 82 patients who were diagnosed by TCD with the stenosis of internal carotid artery(starting ICAex) or middle cerebral artery(MCA).All patients were roughly divided into three groups, extreme stenosis group(group A),severe stricture group(group B) and medium group(group C) according to the systdichood flow velaity form and audio frequency.Meanuhile,30 normal persons would be as control group(group D).We had microembolus testing of cerebral circulation and Montreal cognitive assessnent(MOCA)rating scale. Results The incidences of MES of group were higher than that of group C,but lower than that of group A.MOCA rating scale of 8 patients with microembolus signal of group A were lower than that of 11patients of group B.Meanahile, that of groupB was lower than that of group C.Conclusion There is obvions correlation between vascular cognitive impairment and artery stenosis or microembolus quantity.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
