Abstract

Distributed energy system (DES) is the best commercial way to use natural gas. Being a linkage of energy, economy and environment, energy is used as a quantitative measure of environmental impacts. Based on the environomics theory, the environmental impacts are considered in the optimized design and operation of DES. The optimized model of DES environomics is developed. The optimized solution strategy is discussed for model building, design and operation of DES environomics. Case study shows the proposed way is effective for model building and optimization strategy of DES. The composition and selection of pollution emission standards have great influence on program projection, equipment choice and operation optimization. Therefore, it has great significance to compose scientific and reasonable pollution emission standards for the gas utilization and the harmonic development of economic and ecological benefits in DES optimization.
