Abstract
2-(4-Ethoxyphenyl)-2-methylpropanol can react with sodium chloroacetate by nuclephilic substitution reaction.HaptenⅠ,as the product of the above reaction identified by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR,was conjugated to bovine serum albumin(BSA) and ovalbumin(OVA) by the active ester method to get artificial immune antigen and coating antigen,respectively.The binding ratio of artificial antigens was detected by UV spectroscopy as 14 ∶ 1 and 35 ∶ 1.Balb/c mice were immunized with immunogen to prepare antiserum whose titer reached 1.28×105.The icELISA was conducted with the antiserum,and the IC50 was 0.2653 mg/L and the IC10 was 0.0012 mg/L.
