Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective:Canada through traditional iodoform gauze sponges and high inflation reflected in endoscopic sinus surgery compared filled tournament, Explore the reasons for comfort patients and nursing. Method: Immediately endoscopic sinus surgery were divided into two groups of 96 patients, According to available after the needs of high inflation and gauze sponges, To investigate the response, a comparative analysis and prescriptions protection. Result: Patients with high expansion foam group match filled light reaction, Group reaction heavy gauze filled tournament, By not comfortable nursing alleviate symptoms. Conclusion: High expansion sponge marked contrast with the traditional material superiority, Reduced the number of nurses to care for individual patients. However, indications are limited. Therefore, the traditional methods should be used to fill tournament. Postoperative care of patients with pain and reduce the sense of comfort important link.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
