Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The quality control of alkaloid extract from Peganum harmala L.was carried out through TLC and HPLC methods with harmaline and harmine as index ingredients. The experimental samples and reference substances in TLC showed the identical spots with same color and shape at the same position. The results including moisture, ash, water extracts and heavy metals were in consistent with the regulations of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. An HPLC method was used for the determination of harmaline and harmine in the extract. The calibration curves of harmaline and harmine were linear in the concentration ranges of 2 200 and 0.8 320 μg/ml,respectively.Their recoveries were 99.7% and 100.7%,with RSDs of 1.89% and 1.78%.The intraand inter-day RSDs were less than 2%.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
