Nowadays,service industry has become one of the fastest growing industries in Shanghai,of which outsourcing is an important part.Concerning that it is necessary for the outsourcing providers to evaluate the undertakers,a comprehensive evaluation system of outsourcing undertakers is essential to the sustainable revolution of outsourcing industry in Shanghai.The paper creates a comprehensive evaluation system based on the following four aspects:industry competition,environment competition,human resources competition and cost competition.What's more,the paper chooses an outsourcing evaluation method based on Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP)in order to make an overall,scientific and objective evaluation,and further develop advantages,gain experience,realize disadvantages and then make adjustments at time.All those will contribute to the healthy development of the outsourcing industry in Shanghai.
