Abstract
The thesis discusses on the requirements on the early childhood education in the new century from the angle of macro-education and the gap between the reality and the requirements. It also gives out the measures for the kindergarten management: the leader of the kindergarten as the core of the management must strengthen the essential thoughts of kindergarten construction, solve the problems that would be shown and she must exert the right education thought and take use of the guidance of the constructional aims of the kindergarten. The leader must carry out the responsibility of educating the children and doing the service to the society through ways of making a better management; building up a qualified team of teachers; doing a down-to-earth normal educational work and management; widen the kindergarten's developing space, etc.
