Abstract
A novel 3-D molecularly imprinted photonic crystal hydrogel film was developed for the detection of organophosphorus agents by combining photonic crystal technique with molecularly imprinting technique.Preparation of molecularly imprinted photonic crystal(MIPC) film was carried out by photopolymerization,poly-methyl methacrylate(PMMA) microspheres array as templates,hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) and N-isopropyl base acrylamide(NIPA) as monomer,in the interspace of the PMMA crystal colloidal array template,followed by chemical removal of the template using dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO).The new sensor had excellent selectivity and fast response,the identification of target molecule can cause the change of diffraction spectrum.The diffraction intensity decreased about 10% in responds to the ethyl phosphate(EPA) concentration from 0.5 to 1.5 mmol/L with apparent red shift.The technique provides a new way for the detection of organophosphorus agents and has a broad application in the detection and monitoring of nerve agents and other fields.
