Abstract

The improvement practice in the control technology of the pulverized coal system of No.1 generation unit in Ma'anshan Wannengda Power Plant is introduced in this paper. A theoretical analysis of the control strategies of tube coal mill system with intermediate storage bunker is made in a deepgoing way. Furthermore,the cross-coupling control method and the control scheme considering constraints are proposed based on the characteristics of the controlled object. As a result,the reliability of the pulverized coal preparation system is improved and the power consumption is decreased.
