Abstract
It is very important to verify the status of Certificate in PKI applications efficiently. The CRL Search module in Windows PKI platform can not fit the requirements of domestic PKI applications because of its shortcomings in function and localization support. In this paper , the technology of CRL search mechanism in windows PKI is analyzed, and a method of integrating a new CRL search module to windows PKI is proposed.It provides support for services of CRL distribution in the domestic CA and Online Certificate Status Protocol . The new CRL search module can be integrated into the windows PKI platform, and provides transparent support for digital certificate in application systems based on windows PKI.
