Abstract
In this study,the DNA fingerprints of rice varieties tested in the regional adaptability trials of Guizhou province in 2011 were established by means of 24 pairs of SSR primers recommended by agricultural industry standard(NY/T 1433-2007).107 alleles were detected from tested rice varieties.The average number of alleles perlocus was 4.458 and its average PIC index was 0.728.The average number of Shannon-Wiener index with 1.433 varied from 0.415(RM 19)-1.848(RM 336).The genetic similarity ranged from 0.56 to 0.99.The results of SSR detect showed that the genetic diversity of rice varieties involved in the trails was relatively narrow in 2011 of Guizhou province.
