Unreasonable industry structure is the bottleneck which constrains the development of alpine pasture economy.Based on the analysis of the situation of industry system,this paper follows the law of industry development and puts forward building a new industry system:the primary industry is transforming into a modern,green,efficient agricultural;The second industry is evolving to diversification and cluster;The third industry is developing to a higher level and wide-ranging.
