Abstract
The problem of psychological pressure load ability has badly interfered the technical performance of Chinese speed skaters in the competition.As 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics is coming,the wish of breaking through the zero of Chinese speed skating gold medal is going strong and the skaters' psychological pressure is going high.The article discusses the behavior,causation,characteristics,control principle and means of the speed skaters' psychological pressure.Being different from the familiar psychological pressure control,it thinks that the skaters should have a psychological pressurizing or depressurizing in time.It discusses the training of speed skaters' psychological pressure load ability by having external pressurizing and internal depressurizing,to give a suggestion for the skaters' better preparing Vancouver Winter Olympics and Chinese speed skating sustainable development.
