Abstract
Canada Competition Bureau has adopted an approach aimed at ensuring maximum conformity with the competition law, including conformity through education, facilitating conformity, and response to non-conformity. The approach emphasizes on preventing and guiding anti - competition act, corporal -ing with government department and businessman and leading to non - contested proceeding, which advocates resolving competition problem timely and effectively. The approach is corresponding with principle of efficiency under the market economy and meets the command of globalization. Therefore, Chinese competition law enforcement authority should use the approach as a reference. And it would give some helps.
