Abstract
Based on the example of sino-Canadian joint international business program of Nanjing Institute of Industry Technology, this paper explores the sino-foreign teacher collaboration bilingual education within higher vocational joint academic major programs with overseas colleges. By comparing with the other two forms of bilingual education which are the Chinese teacher independent and foreign teacher independent bilingual education, the paper illustrates that the sino-foreign teacher collaboration bilingual education better meet the requirement and the goal of specialty courses within higher vocational joint academic major programs with overseas colleges. The paper also discusses some problems arising in the sino-foreign teacher collaboration bilingual teaching practice and offers solutions to them.
