Abstract
Winter wheat becomes sensitive to frost injury once in elongation stage.Based on agricultural climatic data of Huang-Huai Area and the environs,an assessment function was developed to assess the degree of risk(F)wheat encounters in frost temperature.The agricultural climatic division of frost was then plotted out,using F as an indicator.Based on F and the function parameters,application of frost preventive measures in the different divisions was discussed in terms of necessity,validity and feasibility.
