Abstract
Peasant workers' shortage in some coastal areas of our country has become a public issue since the first quarter of 2004. Meanwhile, labor security department proclaims the challenging employment prospect of this year.Peasant worker shortage and employment difficulties as a whole coexisting, such dilemma is not accidental and will exist for a long time in the future, making influence on the employment. The paper analyses in detail the background and reason, puts forward rationalized countermeasures and suggestions, which is of great importance and significance for career guidance work in the next period.
