Abstract
The IgG was isolated form the bovine colostrums by the chromatography and salt fraction method,and apply the chemistry method to split to recover the IgG light chain.300 mL protein solution was obtained and the concentration of the purified protein was 0.105 g·L-1.Its molecular weight(M.W) was proved to 27.66 ku by SDS-PAGE.Rabbits were immunized with the concentrated protein solution and the rabbit antiserum to light chain of IgG was obtained.Double diffusion shown the titre 1∶16.The related application of the antiserum is in the research now.
