Abstract
[Objective]To analyze the relationship between cognitive disorder and clinical symptoms of stroke patients.[Methods]474 stroke patients from three hospitals with A level grade in Beijing were investigated by using self-made questionnaires and mini-mental state examination(MMSE).[Results]50.61% of stroke patients had cognitive disorder in Beijing.The patients with clinical symptoms including hemiplegia,numbness,slurred speech,swallowing difficulty,visual field defect,limbs with limitation of activity,insomnia,depression,had high incidence of cognitive disorder,which was significantly higher than that of other stroke patients without clinical symptoms(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]Stroke patients have high incidence of cognitive disorder.Medical staff should actively take specific measures to control or reduce the clinical symptoms,so as to decrease the occurrence of cognitive disorder.
