Abstract
Extracting solution!of albunin,glubulin and prolanin in rice seeds,ion concentrations of gel and staining solutions were studied.An acid-PAGE system which was suitable for verification of authenticity and purity of rice was established.11 hybrid combination including 12 parental lines and 11 F1 hybrids popularized throughout the country were analyzed by using this technology,and the standard electrophoregrams were made.The results indicated that the technology was a reliable,stable,economical and fast system.This method had good resolving power to differentiate materials with very close genetic backgrounds.
