Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

After a period of use,the steering cylinder base of 830E mining trucks, which is used by Shenhua north victory energy company, are prone to crack. In this paper,we have used ANSYS software to carry on the analysis and improve the situation mentioned above.First, use Pro/E software to establish the geometric model of steering cylinder based.Import the geometric model into ANSYS software and execute static analysis and modal analysis. The analysis was informed that the alternation stress at the joint of steering cylinder base pin hole part and its base plate is greater than the permissible stress of the material, with the increasing of using time, fatigue cracks will occur inevitably.Reference the structure with same type,we have improved the structure, the model's static and dynamic performance is improved and can meet the job requirements.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
