Abstract
Objective To establish the HPLC conditions for determination of astragaloside in compound huanglong decoction.Methods Wondasil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used.Astragaloside detection conditions were as follows: the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-H2O(32:68),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and detective wavelength was 203 nm.Results The linear range of astragaloside was 0.2-6.0 μg [Y=1 182.9X-797.38,r=0.999 7(n=5)].The average recovery was 101.0%(RSD=2.21%).Conclusion The method is rapid,accurate and sensitive for determination of astragaloside,and can provide quality standards for the study of compound huanglong decoction.
