Abstract
After vacuum freeze-drying and revival test to Mycelium produced through method of submerged ferment to Morehella Esculenta and solid plate canadian carrier membrane,the following conclusion is reached: Mycelium produced through submerged ferment of Morehella Esculenta is not easily resurrected;mycelium produced through solid-state culture is easily revived and grow well.
