Abstract
This paper compared the three elements,that influence the Marine Inland economy cooperation,namely resource sharing,mutual dependence and economic development potential and made a detailed analysis of the comparative advantage of Marine Inland economy subsystem. Results show that although the ocean economy has an advantage in resource occupation and use efficiency,but the overall development of the highly vulnerable; establish the Marine Inland economy cooperation model and then coupling the sea economic cooperation strength 2002- 2011 value,Marine Inland economy cooperation is relatively stable,most years in stable stage,only 2004,2005 and 2009 in the transitional stage; Finally,analyzed the difficulties of economic cooperation.
