Abstract
This paper uses the RD intensity,technology flow and innovation capacity as the variables of the national technology innovation system(NTIS) internationalization,based on the concept of national innovation system internationalization.Then,it shows evolution paths of internationalization pattern in G7's NTIS using two-dimensional matrix method,and analyses the reference system between China and G7.The result is that China could follow the evolution path of Canada and Japan,and LLL→HLL→HHH path is good choice for China.
