This paper analyzes the situation and features of the development of producing-learning-researching cooperative education in developed countries,such as America,Japan,England,Canada,etc.,points out that the development tendency of producing-learning-researching cooperative education is whole person education.It's also put forward that we can get enlightenment from the producing-learning-researching cooperative education of developed countries and learn well about the problems we should try to solve.
