Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of butylphthalide in the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment. Methods A total of 62 patients with vascular cognitive impairment were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group(32 patients in the treatment group and 30 the other in the control group). The treatment group used both the conventional medical treatment and therapy butylphthalide, while the control group only used the conventional treatment for 8 weeks. After the 4 week and 8 week treatment,we evaluated the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups. Results After the treatment, scores of MMSE(P0.01) and MoCA(P0.05) in the treatment group increased significantly. Conclusion Butylphthalide can improve the cognitive function in patients with mild-moderate vascular cognitive impairment.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
