Abstract
Canada is a Multi-national,Multi-cultural nation,which has a scientific,perfect,flexibile teacher educational system,and has unique experience in teacher selection,training model,curriculum structure,educational practice,training organization and evaluation system and other aspects.Drawing inspirations from Canadian education experience,we China should continue to perfect its enrollment system of teacher's training college,improve curriculum system of teacher education,strenghthen its education practice and pay close attention to speciality developlment of teacher education.
