Abstract
In order to acquire accurate results to meet the requirement of further quantitative and active analysis,F01-195A,an Aldose Reductase Inhibitor from Metabolites of Microorganisms is analyzed by a reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).How the mobile phase and its ratio,injection volume,chromatographic column temperature and flow rate affect the test is studied in detail.The results show that the mobile phase and its composition,as well as flow rate have significantly effects on retention time.The optimization operation condition is that acetonitrile-water is used as the mobile phase and its volume ratio is 50 to 50,chromatographic column temperature is 35℃,injection volume is 5μL and flow rate is 0.8mL/min.
